FSArchiver supported on RHEL 5.5 for IBM Power7 systems ?

PPC packages are available in Fedora and Debian, so you can compile it on PPC. The code should be endianess neutral, so you should be able to read an archive from one architecture on another arch. But I have never tested it since I don't have the hardware.

There is no official package for RHEL/Centos, but I always compile the code on a Centos5 machine before a new release to check that it works on enterprise OS. You should be able to compile the sources, you may have to disable support for lzma and lzo if these libs are not in the official rhel5:
# yum install zlib-devel bzip2-devel e2fsprogs-devel libgcrypt-devel libattr-devel
# ./configure --enable-static --disable-lzo --disable-lzma && make

It produces a single binary program, no other file is required to use it.
